At Redchief, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every pair of shoes and apparel item. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, navigate to the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the product is in its original condition with all tags attached and place it back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
